We are seeking a full-time Placement Coordinator for our corporate office in Brisbane. This is an entry level  customer service position. Work hours are 10:30AM - 7:00PM.

Job Description
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Arranging for both temporary and permanent placement of staff by taking client orders, identifying matching staff in the employee pool and scheduling staff to ensure client coverage
- Calling clients to build relationships and to stimulate demand
- Entering and maintaining client records, staff records, and job orders
- Assisting with miscellaneous office administration tasks

Work hours are 10:30AM - 7:00PM  Monday through Friday.

Desired Qualifications / Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Good computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands
